The challengesTypical manager-haven company. Managers only appreciates "overworking" on the surface - efficient employees are not appreciated because they tend to "leave earlier or on time" during shifts.
No 360-evaluation for managers - managers never know (and never admit) they are wrong. They just do whatever they want, event it is non-sense, not related in your work, and outside your job description. Managers purposely avoid evaluating themselves.
Salary for software is very not competitive. No trainings.
