    Very poor working experience. And the rate of turn-over of manpower justifies it.
    The good thingsSalary Compensation. The company can definitely match your expected pay, and to pay for the constant lapses of their poor operations and management.
    The challengesIn my experience, management and operations were very inefficient. The centralized concept of Planning and Decision Making simply does not work. Everything has to be approved by several managers, and top executives even for the smallest of items. The combination of slow pace and poor decision making have basically resulted to a lot of wasted budget, investments, and potential company progress. To which none of the "Decision Makers" ever takes responsibility and accountability for, hence making the deployed manpower onsite as scapegoats to deal with heavy criticisms from both tenants and customers. Manpower are basically puppets put in placed just to ensure the building runs on a day-to-day, regardless of actual efficiency and effectivity.

    If I were to rate my experience, it would depend; I would give it a 9 for my first few years and a 5 at the present time.
    The good thingsYou will gain a wealth of experience, including customer service and coordination between contractors, both tenants and mall equipment. You will work closely with the Operations Department team and the Engineering team at the top management level. You will have the opportunity to acquire a lot of new knowledge not only in your field of study but also in other departmental processes. Overall, you will gain sufficient knowledge to enhance your skills both in the industry and in your personal growth.
    The challengesHere is my limited knowledge about the company: First, the decisions made by top management change from time to time; second, there is the salary expectation compared to your workload; third, the work capacity of your co-workers; fourth, the stress of delivering output for your department and submitting reports between the head office and the onsite team; and lastly, your career growth if there are no opportunities for promotion. I'm glad today's salary is good enough compared to what it was before the pandemic.

    Working in Robinsons Malls is fun, just don't limit your growth.
    The good thingsYou will extremely learn a lot of good opportunities for growth it will hone you and your skills.
    The challengesA lot of work, lack of employees, as an assistant you will also do what your officer and managers do its a good problem by the way it will also charge to your experience. Salary for fresh grad and starter is good but for long term not recommended unless you will get promoted.

    one of the best companies in the country
    The good thingswith life work balance, heads are not strict with vacation leaves etc. when it comes to work i could say that i could freely suggest and implements my plans with approval from higher mngt. salary wise, its good when you have a good leader who knows how to appreciate their subordinate's contributions
    The challengesSuper slow replacement of resigned personnel. Recruitment team doesn't seem to prioritize it. you have to wait months up to a year to find a replacement HR excluded the non head office personnel on company outing and sportsfest etc.

    Poor management. Bad experience.
    The good thingsBig company but the management is poor. Basic/ standard benefits.
    The challengesHeavy workload but low salary increase. Work over 8 hours. No recognition and slow career growth. Unclear career path. Poor management. Office politics. Bosses who do not perform well, spend more time having coffee, smoking, and chatting rather than working. They do not work much, yet they receive credit for the work done by the hardworking staff. Company processes are disorganized and slow, affecting external clients and staff members due to the lack of proper processes and systems. Old and slow computers that are not replaced, yet fast work or output is expected. Management always says to have "MALASAKIT", but the company/management does not have "MALASAKIT" for employees.

    So glad to know my dearest colleagues but ungrateful to know the people at Head Office.
    The good thingsGOOD THINGS ARE ONLY KNOWING & MEETING YOUR COLLEAGUES & CLUSTER. The rest is a big NO NO! Everything including processes and dealing with the next level heads after your cluster are a TOTAL MESS. Buildings are also good but the Management is poor.
    The challengesChallenges are dealing with the Head Office personnel. Ill mannered, childish and talking behind your back is their forte, most especially they are much invested with your personal life than assisting you in the processes of the company. Proactive in hearsays but never checks with you about your career and growth in the company.

    The good thingsIncentives are good. Management is fair. Account management department is also good and professional.
    The challengesAll admin assistants will treat you like you should make them your boss instead of them being the assistants to the agents and sales team. If you request something from them (information, documents, etc.) and they don't like you for some reason, they will delay giving you what you are asking for thus delaying the sales process. Even the HR department will not treat you well if you are asking for information and assistance in certain matters they are supposed to be familiar with. The two mentioned are unprofessional and will take things personally instead of doing their job properly.

    The challengesManpower onsite are too low salary rather than on Corporate office. Too much work load, must add additional manpower. If someone resign, it takes a year to replace it. Does HR are too slow or the position is on hold? How about the responsibility, it was divided on other position. Fixed rate only, no overtime and holiday pays. Stagnant growth. Hoping for rotation of ROM on site.

    The good thingsHeavy equipment, lots of trainings, practice your critical thinking and become more problem solver, handle different problem onsite.
    The challengesNo work life balance, even your out of office. We need to monitor the engg team on site. Too much work given by Engg team. Multiple engr resign by this site. No proper turn over, I need to learn on my own and request assistance to others who are willing. The work load on operations always transfer to Engg Dept. MOM didn't know how to divide work and even we explained Engg works, looking not interested at all.

    Big Companies don't equate to great ones
    The good thingsThe people because they suffer along with you from all the stresses the company gives to you. The only good thing I can think of is that they like having snack breaks with small kamustahans.
    The challengesManagement is bad Benefits are worse (barely have any if you don't last long.) They basically do not care whether there is a pandemic, you have to work.
