Very poor working experience. And the rate of turn-over of manpower justifies it. The good thingsSalary Compensation. The company can definitely match your expected pay, and to pay for the constant lapses of their poor operations and management.
The challengesIn my experience, management and operations were very inefficient. The centralized concept of Planning and Decision Making simply does not work. Everything has to be approved by several managers, and top executives even for the smallest of items. The combination of slow pace and poor decision making have basically resulted to a lot of wasted budget, investments, and potential company progress. To which none of the "Decision Makers" ever takes responsibility and accountability for, hence making the deployed manpower onsite as scapegoats to deal with heavy criticisms from both tenants and customers. Manpower are basically puppets put in placed just to ensure the building runs on a day-to-day, regardless of actual efficiency and effectivity.
