So glad to know my dearest colleagues but ungrateful to know the people at Head Office.The good thingsGOOD THINGS ARE ONLY KNOWING & MEETING YOUR COLLEAGUES & CLUSTER. The rest is a big NO NO! Everything including processes and dealing with the next level heads after your cluster are a TOTAL MESS. Buildings are also good but the Management is poor.
The challengesChallenges are dealing with the Head Office personnel. Ill mannered, childish and talking behind your back is their forte, most especially they are much invested with your personal life than assisting you in the processes of the company. Proactive in hearsays but never checks with you about your career and growth in the company.
