The good things-The best opportunity work for a well known company -Everything is paid by the company (trips, meals, accomodation) -High position with your very own car and driver -Nice work schedule (Monday - Friday) at least for our branch -Good work environment, fully air conditioned and clean work place -Is a great stepping stone for experience and better opportunities
The challenges-Cash reimbursement is slow and can take weeks to be reimbursed. -People management, the job is not for everyone -Job has very high expectations since you'll be working with brokers like I said, the job is not for everyone. -My position has a lot of responsibility for a mediocre salary. -Little to no training at first, then get blamed in the end.
