    Four Seasons is a great company
    The good thingsThe good things I experienced with this company was they help their employees to grow and as much as they can to exceed their employees needs. It was fun, exciting and comfortable to work with then at the same time you've learned a lot.
    The challengesI don't have that much challenges with this company, however the nature of my work as a human resources adminitrative was a challenge because you have to dealt with different nationalities and had to meet all their expectations.
