What’s it like working at rhipe?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at rhipe value the good training provided, as well as the generous salaries and benefits which are viewed as above standard. Colleagues are seen as supportive and contributing to a positive company culture with a sense of opportunity. However, some potential areas for improvement include management, particularly team leads, providing more support and motivation to their teams. There are also indications of a high workload with pressure to meet metrics. Additionally, a few reviews suggest support systems, such as from SMEs, could be strengthened.

good training and salary. TLs very worst
The good thingsgood training and it was so cool. The salary is best.
The challengesTLs and some SMEs are very unreasonable. They are not quite helpful but instead put all the pressure on agents. They are number driven in terms of stats and metrics. More efforts but less recognition. Lack of empathy to their agents. TLs and some of the SMEs are the root-cause why so many employees are end up resigning due to bad management.
