good training and salary. TLs very worst
The good thingsgood training and it was so cool. The salary is best.
The challengesTLs and some SMEs are very unreasonable. They are not quite helpful but instead put all the pressure on agents. They are number driven in terms of stats and metrics. More efforts but less recognition. Lack of empathy to their agents. TLs and some of the SMEs are the root-cause why so many employees are end up resigning due to bad management.

    too transactional and number driven
The good thingsnothing to enjoy here
The challengesnumber driven, attrition here is high. no maintenance factors make employee stay, no motivational factors make employee work harder. required trainings are OTy. working environment is too toxic because of TL

High salary, TLs are the worst
The good thingshigh salary, good HMO benefits. I had a good experience during the onboarding and training is really fun. everyone is very accommodating. the downside of the job came in when you are transferred to production.
The challengesThe team leads are not equipped to manage their team. they dont know what to do, they do coaching because they were tasked to do it but they dont know how to to motivate their team. because of this, people end up resigning due to team leads. metrics is hard to achieve. very stressful account.

    Astounding (that's all)
The good thingsSalary is above standard and the facility is world class.
The challengesManagers and Team leads are rarely engaging to their people esp. those in lower mid management. On the other hand, CEO and executives seems to be more approachable

Some of the Operations (Team Leaders and Subject Matter Experts) lacks professionalism. And doesn’t have leadership skills.
The good thingsHR and Training department are very accomodating. I felt important and valued. Also, empowered.
The challengesThe support system is a big mess! Rude support representatives (SME).

    Good benefits but highly toxic
The good thingstheres almost always free food in the pantry. the company is small so you get to know everyone in the company.
The challengesthough the account is highly technical but they are heavy on CSAT. So this company is for CSR and TSR peeps suited. Service desk peeps here are always the ones end up resigning due to pressure of CSAT

Outside concierge is good the way as I see it
The good thingsLife inside concierge is really different, culture is different. But outside the program, they look happy and satisfied with their work. They embody the real culture of Rhipe
The challengesChallenges : Team Leads - They tend to power-trip
