Beginning with only one product line and eight employees working in the founder’s residence, the company has grown considerably, carrying over 40 product lines with over 240 employees operating nationwide.The company’s growth was founded on the principles of maintaining strong relationships, efficient after-sales support, and distribution of the most reputable brands in the medical device industry. With more than 30 years of growing with the local health care sector, the company looks forward to continuing its rich history with its clients, principals, and employees.

Knowledge and learnings for entry-level position

The good thingsIf you were applying for entry-level post, this is a good start to broaden your knowledge and learn corporate works though salary is low. Hence, just be vigilant to your environment. I advice to know where they come or where they graduated from. Based on my experience, those who came from unknown or graduated from not well known university were usually hard to approach with and negative employees.

The challengesthe experiences I had in this company was a laugh to remember. The challenge I faced on this company was the negative employees. I don't wanna remember at all because it was a total horror. The company is a good stepping stone to success and better career. I left and got a much better career now, carrying the experience and knowledge I gained from my Superior. I am now in a supervisory level.

The challengesUntil u realized that u have to move forward. As long as how to make "sipsip" your career will move up so goes with ur salary.
