    Knowledge and learnings for entry-level position
    The good thingsIf you were applying for entry-level post, this is a good start to broaden your knowledge and learn corporate works though salary is low. Hence, just be vigilant to your environment. I advice to know where they come or where they graduated from. Based on my experience, those who came from unknown or graduated from not well known university were usually hard to approach with and negative employees.
    The challengesthe experiences I had in this company was a laugh to remember. The challenge I faced on this company was the negative employees. I don't wanna remember at all because it was a total horror. The company is a good stepping stone to success and better career. I left and got a much better career now, carrying the experience and knowledge I gained from my Superior. I am now in a supervisory level.

    The challengesUntil u realized that u have to move forward. As long as how to make "sipsip" your career will move up so goes with ur salary.

    Experience Review for RG Meditron Inc.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working at RGMI because they have recreational activities such as sportsfest and the like which makes you enjoy while you work. The experience gave me additional learnings regarding sales and marketing, both my verbal and non verbal skills were also developed.
    The challengesNothing much on the challenges experienced. One of the established company when it comes to distribution of medical supplies.

    Not what you know but who you know
    The good thingsTo some extent, I was looked as good and honest. I just did my job. Whenever there was a vacancy in a management position, I would be asked to fill in for the meantime that a permanent replacement has not yet been hired, meaning they do trust me to some extent.
    The challengesMy duties and salary did not commensurate with each other. I saw positions below me getting raise, while I saw myself left behind, simply because I dont make an effort to be close to the right people. I just chose to go on.
