Policies are clear, but feeling welcome is optional
The good thingsRun! :) everything’s on paper, but guidance is off the radar
The challengesWhile more time for practice would greatly improve the learning experience, it seems newcomers are expected to “figure it out” quickly. The salary and workplace culture are often talked about, but transparency is lacking, making it confusing for those just starting. Supervisors, who are supposed to guide and mentor, sometimes act more like bystanders than leaders. A little engagement with newcomers—welcoming them properly, checking their progress, and making them feel part of the team—would go a long way. As it stands, the industry experience can feel more like trial by fire than supportive learning.

Supportive workplace with great benefits, but recent management changes impacted the culture.
The good thingsREPH offers a 7-hour work shift, generous benefits and compensation, including 4 HMO dependents, 30 paid time off (PTO), and a retirement fund with company matching. It’s a great environment for continuous learning and establishing your career. It used to have a strong work-life balance and supportive culture.
The challengesHowever, recent changes led to a noticeable increase in attrition. Many employees have left, and new external hires in management have struggled to uphold REPH’s established culture. This shift has introduced micromanagement and internal politics, which affected the once positive and collaborative work environment.

The company is great for those starting out in corporate but can get toxic the longer you stay. Learned all my soft skills here which helped a lot for my other jobs.
The good things* Fun activities and clubs * Decent work life balance, overtime is not necessary with most teams * Provides employees with various upskill programs * Clear career path
The challenges* Rampant office politics, creates a toxic work environment * Management is not flexible to employee's needs, contradicts their motto of "Valuing what matters" * Very low starting salary and almost non-existent raises * Almost impossible to get bonuses and a promotion (depending on the department's funding) within a reasonable and natural timeframe

REPH- best company I've ever been!
The good thingsREPH adheres to its core values. They value their employees. Everyone is professional and respects each employee. Work life balance is observed. Good working environment, great benefits early retirement, HMO is up to 4 free dependents on day 1, up to 30 PTOs, rewards, engagement activities, etc..) Management is great (Servant Leaders)
The challenges Challenges are inevitable for every company. With REP, it depends on the division and department. Some say. low salary, some volume of workload. I'm lucky to have moved to SMO, which I think is the best division (salary and work flexibility wise).

Don’t fall for the flowery words, Run!
The good thingsLocation 7hr Working Shift Retirement Plan
The challenges- Compensation is not at par with your market value - Disorganized Management - Lack of career progression unless laterally moving into one dept or division - PTO Utilization; Though it may vary team to team but for us it was a hassle and hustle before you can utilized - We are not valued - As a cost saving site, It prioritize saving vs checking the ground zero for day to day activities - Terrible workload As for candidates - They want the best candidate for the petty roles yet not compensating them better

    It is a corporate company
The good thingsThe supervisors are very attentive and focused to help you reach your goals
The challengesYou really have to work for every promotion. You need to do a lot of reportings, a lot of case studies for the required yellow belt. You need to step up and have to think for a lot of initiatives and best practices and come up with something that will help get the job done easily and easier but still with quality

    Great people with cultivating culture!
The good thingsThe people and the culture. The company also values work-life balance, family and a culture of respect.
The challengesI don't think I had any. Of course, no company is perfect, but REPH strives to always balance everything out. Our leaders take it to heart the "servant leadership" concept.

The good thingsCulture. Working environment. Company leadership. Overall compensation package. Benefits. Location. Valuing what matters.
The challengesThe main challenges with this company are government imposed. I hope the government comes to its senses and give the companies a free hand in running its operations.
