    Avoid the CSO department
    The good thingsThe company has great benefits.
    The challengesAvoid the CSO department. There's no career growth in that department and the politics is getting worst. Other departments are ok. If you just need a job, you don't care about career growth or learning something new then it's ok to work in the CSO department.
