    A great introduction to the construction industry for fresh graduates
    The good things1. Not strict on punctuality as long as you're productive 2. You're given a lot of freedom on managing a project 3. It's a small company so you'll get to know everyone 4. You can directly address your concerns to the president of the company
    The challenges1. Limited resources. You have to work with what you have and sometimes you will need to use your personal resources, such as money, computer, etc. 2. It's a small company so don't expect a competitive salary
