    Big-name firm that ignores boundaries and expects higher-level work without the pay.

    The challengesBoundaries seem to be an issue. Management often contacts employees outside working hours to request minor, non-urgent corrections. Regardless of urgency, reaching out beyond work hours shows a lack of respect for personal time. Additionally, roles are defined very generally, but the responsibilities assigned often align with higher-level positions. This creates the impression that employees are expected to perform work beyond their role without proper recognition.

    This company does not pay attention to the needs of all of their employees. They are very unfair.

    The good thingsI most liked the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional auditing environment, which allowed me to apply and strengthen my skills. The exposure to real-world tasks and the structured nature of the internship was highly valuable.
    The challengesAs an intern, the work was inherently detail-oriented and demanding, requiring a consistently high level of accuracy and focus, which could be challenging at times.

    The good thingsWorking with quality people and also excellent methodology/global tools. The trainings/outings/team buildings not just locally but even abroad. They have bonuses. I can see the leaders care for it's people
    The challengesWork will really stretch your capabilities. Fast paced and long hours. But have to admit, really help me become a better professional/individual overall

    A great starting line for a newbie
    The good thingsManagers and associates are approachable and are easy to communicate with. They are able to give insights and strategies to easily cope-up with the working environment. The company itself is generous to its employees and is offering multiple seminars to improve the well-being and career path of their employees.
    The challengesThe load of work is quite plenty and the manpower to handle a task is sometimes lacking.

    It helped me ease my financial needs during college and boost my personal and career growth.
    The good thingsPWC managers and team leads are very responsive and make sure that you're at your best always. They provide you with good advices and training as well. The pay is at average but it aide my financial needs during my college years and I am really grateful to meet such amazing people.
    The challengesThere are some team leaders that are not responsive and have unjustifiable attitudes towards file and rank employees which is pulling down the name of the company. However, there are still amazing people in PWC that revives the image of the company.

    The challengesPeople who aren't agile in learning new things won't thrive here. This is a problem because most people don't really like to learn after graduating from college.
