    Strict, Long Hours, Stress
    The good thingsTrainings, slightly above average base salary, good for entry-level experience
    The challengesLong hours, strict KPIs, stress, minimal benefits, forced VL's during holidays, alienating work. Some of the work I ended up doing are not the ones I expected/applied for based on the job description.
