    THEY let u feel discourage & not needed anymore after u worked for them, until u decide to resigned.
    The good thingsHave seminars for professional devt.
    The challengesToo low & very slow increase of salary. And salary increases depends on how close you are to your managers or higher ups. They also give higher salary to those new hired from other company than to those ranking file employees who gives their loyalty & dedication to the company. After changing management (from father to son) too much workloads. Cut some employees perks (eg.xmas ham, gc). They give unfair salary, supervisor's salary is greater than officer's salary while officers have a stressful workloads & catch all the pressure from higher ups.

    The challengesOne challenge was handling long lines during peak hours. To improve, I focused on staying efficient and providing quick service while maintaining accuracy. I also learned to communicate effectively with customers about wait times and offered assistance when needed.

    While some managers are professional, the company suffers from poor working conditions, inefficient resources, and a toxic work culture due to certain individuals.
    The good things• Provides mandatory government benefits. • Managers are generally professional. • You will learn how to handle and manage people as a sales assistant
    The challenges• No additional benefits such as HMO. • Under agency employment, meaning no job security. • Overworked and underpaid staff, with excessive workloads for certain roles. • Lack of proper resources, especially outdated computers, making work inefficient. • Presence of workplace hazards

    The challengesWork-Life balance. It's a thing that can lead to burnout, trying to prove something to your superiors. Proper balance in managing personal commitments can overcome the negative effects.

    The good thingsBeing an HR here will really challenge you since most of the time you are on your own and its like 1 HR vs a hundred employees. You will have your own strategy on how to resolve some issues.
    The challengesLow salary and less benefits. They should focus on their high turnover. Its better to raise their employees salary or improve their benefits rather than hiring new people over and over again.

    The challengesToo much politics and "palakasan". I'm so sorry this is just my observation. Limited Seminars and skills enhancement provided to few selected employees. You always have to do your own upgrade and learnings.
