The challengesToo low & very slow increase of salary. And salary increases depends on how close you are to your managers or higher ups.
They also give higher salary to those new hired from other company than to those ranking file employees who gives their loyalty & dedication to the company.
After changing management (from father to son) too much workloads. Cut some employees perks (eg.xmas ham, gc).
They give unfair salary, supervisor's salary is greater than officer's salary while officers have a stressful workloads & catch all the pressure from higher ups.
