As a generalist, I never got to be bored of single routine job but could practice diverse HR function, and as a junior supervisor, was tasked to submit and present HR decisions for the betterment of our operational systems.
The challengesThe same thing I enjoyed working as a generalist so happens to a source of stress in my work, for as a generalist, I was expected to execute several functions all at the same time. The key is an efficient time management and to avoid procrastination at all time.
