Challenging yet very fulfilling, because of the professional growth, sense of belonging, and the respect I've gained from the superiors, staff and costumers I've encountered, knowing that humankind still exist anywhere. The good thingsI've learned a lot and developed opportunities, personal and professional growth as well. Training my staff is some kind of self-fulfillment, and letting them know that everyone are entitled to their own knowledge and ability.
The challengesWork-Life balance. It's a thing that can lead to burnout, trying to prove something to your superiors. Proper balance in managing personal commitments can overcome the negative effects.
