    Lack of support from HR. The experience taught me the importance of fair treatment.

    The challengesI experienced a hostile work environment, where I was publicly embarrassed in front of my colleagues. I reported the incident to HR, but no action was taken. The situation escalated and eventually reached the NLRC for resolution.

    Lowball and worst managers you can get out there. Good things Dayshift, majority are sat sun off. Challenges: I was told that its an easy account, there are sales involve but not part of the KPIs. Then we hit the floor and boom everyone was screaming sales, it got worst after the nesting where our manager only focuses on Sales but not willing to take supp calls when needed. The icing on the cupcake is that the OM is backing up our TL to just focus on sales when we were told its not a hardcore sales account thats why I accepted the lowball offer.

    The best company I've worked for!
    The good thingsThis is hands-down the best company I've worked for. My bosses are super welcoming and easy to talk to, which makes you feel right at home, like part of the family. Honestly, it's a remarkably stress-free workplace, to the point where daily personal life presents more stress.
    The challengesEven though the pay isn't great for someone with my experience, it's manageable because the workload is pretty light.

Whether it’s brainstorming solutions together or celebrating each other’s successes, there’s always a sense of unity. The positive environment created by my teammates has made every challenge more manageable and every achievement more rewarding.     Happy to be part of Probe. I enjoyed my stay here because there are a lot of opportunities and people are kind. It's just that the annual appraisal is quite low even if you achieved all your KPIs and an exceptional rating

    The only good thing is the account but the company, well they are not pro employees. Take it from me. I had to go off my own opinion just to follow what the company ask.

    The good thingsRemote work before the company wanted to have all their agents work onsite again.
    The challengesLittle to no salary increase, hired external team lead who even though had training still doesn't know or has little knowledge about the process of the account. Lots of upskilling but no salary increase.

    Stressful with mediocre compensation.
    The good thingsThe company provides me a fixed dayshift and weekends off schedule.
    The challengesJob security is not quite good. There were a lot of misses especially with the higher ops. Recently our account was dissolved and the redeployment for all floating employees was a mess.

    I am very unhappy with this company due to poor management, mismanagement and a very toxic environment.
    The good thingsThe good thing is the company is hires people that have not reached or graduated college.
    The challengesI did not enjoy the salary offer, it is too low for a person who have exceeded the required experience. Second is they reprofile agents and inform them in a short period of time.

    The challengesif there a bad weather i think if better they give a free meal , salary sometimes there is a few dispute however after complain they just fix that on the other day and return back

    Though the company offers low basic salary, am still good to stay because I feel safe and secured working, since am working from home permanently.
