    Lack of support from HR. The experience taught me the importance of fair treatment.

    The challengesI experienced a hostile work environment, where I was publicly embarrassed in front of my colleagues. I reported the incident to HR, but no action was taken. The situation escalated and eventually reached the NLRC for resolution.

    The best company I've worked for!
    The good thingsThis is hands-down the best company I've worked for. My bosses are super welcoming and easy to talk to, which makes you feel right at home, like part of the family. Honestly, it's a remarkably stress-free workplace, to the point where daily personal life presents more stress.
    The challengesEven though the pay isn't great for someone with my experience, it's manageable because the workload is pretty light.

    The only good thing is the account but the company, well they are not pro employees. Take it from me. I had to go off my own opinion just to follow what the company ask.

    The good thingsRemote work before the company wanted to have all their agents work onsite again.
    The challengesLittle to no salary increase, hired external team lead who even though had training still doesn't know or has little knowledge about the process of the account. Lots of upskilling but no salary increase.

    Stressful with mediocre compensation.
    The good thingsThe company provides me a fixed dayshift and weekends off schedule.
    The challengesJob security is not quite good. There were a lot of misses especially with the higher ops. Recently our account was dissolved and the redeployment for all floating employees was a mess.
