    Lowball and worst managers you can get out there. Good things Dayshift, majority are sat sun off. Challenges: I was told that its an easy account, there are sales involve but not part of the KPIs. Then we hit the floor and boom everyone was screaming sales, it got worst after the nesting where our manager only focuses on Sales but not willing to take supp calls when needed. The icing on the cupcake is that the OM is backing up our TL to just focus on sales when we were told its not a hardcore sales account thats why I accepted the lowball offer.

    Though the company offers low basic salary, am still good to stay because I feel safe and secured working, since am working from home permanently.
    The good thingsI am completely enjoying my stay with the company because they offered a permanent work from home posts and still providing enough support (technically and process wise) and almost same benefits as other companies offers.

    BGC people are Great.
    The good thingsThe people at their BGC site are extremely helpful and friendly.
    The challengesI was placed into a voice training without training when my chat performance was already good and preferred a non-voice role.

    The good thingsThe culture, people won't make you feel intimidated. You can hang out with the boss, he is pretty cool. The salary isn't competitive but you will surely enjoy working with them.
    The challengesNo complexity pay for up-skilling.
