The challengesBefore when we were under Stellar we have the Open book management and incentives are very competitive but after the acquisition by Probe. Manager are not open in regards on what was happening and the incentives were not as good compared with Stellar. They don't have the concern to the agents as well especially when they required all of their employees to return on site. No shuttle services, no allowances or no assistance that you can rely especially from the ones that is living outside Metro Manila.
