    Plant management is highly dysfunctional and significantly affects operations and employee morale.
    The good things• Competitive compensation and benefits for certain positions. • Some teams are collaborative and genuinely want to improve operations.
    The challengesHigh turnover across departments leaves newly hired employees inheriting unresolved issues, with little to no proper turnover or structured training. Decision-making is often impulsive and bypasses established processes, causing confusion and repeated rework. At the Iligan plant, critical systems continue to be operated manually despite long-standing upgrade proposals, resulting in unsafe conditions and an unreliable facility. Leadership is biased and inconsistent, with accountability applied selectively, leading to low morale and a lack of trust. Overall, management prioritizes self-preservation over fairness, process, employee well-being, and operational reliability.

    Communication & work as a team is important to have a smooth work relationship with your co-worker.
    The good thingsOn my years of work stay here it helps me how to adapt on new environment, it helps me to grow & be the owner of what you are doing learn to admit the mistakes and make sure it wont happen again. Teamwork & open communication with your team mate is one of the key to achieve the deadline you committed. For me its a milestone to have more than 8 years & I gain the trusts of my employer. It teach me how to be hardworking and able to handle pressure. I owe it to my employer for the additional knowledge it gave me.
    The challengesLimited benefits and low compensation though I understand due to some circumstances that it encounter however I believe that employer should invest to their employee for there is always a good outcome that employer may receive in the near future
