Don’t be fooled by “high pay”Very toxic environment. Power tripping senior management team. Unwritten “mandatory (unpaid) OT” til your boss wants, even until 10pm. Expected to work even past work hours and on weekends (unpaid). Disrespectful and inconsiderate bosses. Pay is high enough but not enough to safeguard your mental health. Don’t be blinded by false promises of working environment. Better ask HR what happened to your predecessor before accepting any job offer. Clearance and off boarding is a pain and a complete waste of time.

Personal and Career developmentPositives: 1. Work life balance - work here is 8 hours from Monday to Friday. No weekend work unless you have a target to finish the project the soonest possible. 2. Dental - free cleaning every 3 months or as per recommended by the resident dentist. 3. Medical - there is always a doctor present in the office in which you may do face-to-face consultation or teleconsultation. 4. Company service - they will provide company service for your site visit/inspection to projects in which you just need to bring your license and GPS tag. You must also know how to drive manual transmission cars. 5. HMO - company will always renew and provide you HMO yearly. 6. Company Assets - they will provide laptop and company phone upon boarding to work. 7. Benefit(s) - complete government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-ibig & Philhealth) 8. Career Development - they will provide you FREE trainings and seminars with certificate for your development. 9. Salary - global grade-based salary. No delays in payment and always 2-3 day(s) ahead of time when it comes to disbursement. 10. Employee(s)/Co-workers - no toxic employees. They will even assist you when you are in-doubt with your decisions or with the process. Negatives: 1. Long regularization process. 2. Meetings - you need to attend all company meetings in which sometimes takes half to a day which affects your important schedule and workload. 3. Workload - you need to be flexible and resourceful when it comes to managing your workload to accomplish your daily target. 4. Job description - sometimes, there are certain work that are not related to your job description. So far, this is the best company I've worked based on experience since there is a personal career development.

The good thingsCompetitive salary. However, non/guaranteed bonuses are now being reduced by the new management.
The challengesMWC used to be people-oriented. Now most employees feel demotivated and under valued. Change management is worst.
