Company that promotes diverse opportunity both personal and career development.
The good thingsI am proud to be a part of this company. Staffs and co-workers are very friendly as if to the point that all of you treat each other as a family. In the department that I was with, my superior is very supportive to his subordinates which is very integral. This company promotes diverse opportunity both personal and career development. I am proud that I was a part of this company and still looking forward to come back. God willing. :)
The challengesIn my department, the projects vs plant O&M is very vast to the extent that you will be forced to divide your focus from projects if there is parallel activity at on-site plants such as Troubleshooting or Maintenance Schedule. Nevertheless, it increase our ability technically, management skills and decision making but we are blessed that the efficiency of our work where not neglected. Quite stressful yet beneficial. ;)

Company that promotes diverse opportunity for career and personal development.
The good thingsThe work environment is very good. All of the staffs and even co-workers are very friendly as if you will really feel that you are a family specially in my department I am with, the On-Site Plant under the Technical Services Division. My superior was very supportive to his subordinates which is very integral. Overall, this company is a great to be a part of which promotes diverse opportunity for career and personal development. I am really proud I was a part of it and still hoping to return back someday. God willing.;)
The challengesThe projects and plant O&M demands are very vast to the extent that it cannot be accommodated anymore due to lack of manpower and forces you to divide your focus on projects vs plant O&M during parallel activities. But still these challenges will enhance your skills in management, technical capability, setting priorities and decision making. Stressful yet beneficial.
