I can say that working with a team is the best way to finish the project, and as an electrical engineer and a safety officer you will be challenge in this job and you will learn alot.
The good thingsVery challenging job and interesting, you will learn by your own way sometimes someone will teach but that is not enough for you to learn so you have to do something for you to enhance your in leading, designing and etc.
The challengesThe very challenging for me is when you troubleshoot the inverters and the termination of dc cables, AC wires, and even the sensors, you will be the one to installed all the sensors, and also the testing and commissioning. A very challenging job that I have experience.
