The Millennium Energy, Inc. (MEI) and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Panasia Energy, Inc. (PEI) and Millennium Power RES have been continuously striving to serve the needs of the Philippine Energy Industry in terms of power supply and system grid reliability for the past 10 years.It owns and operates two (2) of the oil-fired power plants in Luzon: the 100MW Diesel-Fired Millennium Gas Turbine Power Plant (MGTPP) located in Navotas Fishport Complex and the 540MW Oil-Fired Bataan Combined Cycle Power Plant (BCCPP) located in Limay, Bataan. Both power plants are certified fast-start capable by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). Proven by its track record in providing sustainable and reliable energy, both power plants provide peaking power to the grid through the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM). Likewise, it assists in the maintenance of system reliability through the provision of ancillary services and voltage support.
