Learning things in a hard way.
The good thingssalary, work environment, management, work benefits, and work and life balance are not really good at this company. However, if you are looking for a really good training most especially if you are a new graduate teacher this is the best training ground most especially if you will be handled closely by the Principal. You will surely learn work ethics, dealing with workmates, and handle stress in a hard way. Everything I know is because of the Principal here. I am really proud to be trained by her.
The challengesPeople (if not all, many), the system (HR), workloads/demand, stressful people.
