The good thingsApproachable and friendly staffs. I befriend with 1st day of my work. They initiate to teach you on what you don't know about the system.
The challengesI have difficulty on the endorsement on work and the x-ray machine is out dated.

Learning things in a hard way.
The good thingssalary, work environment, management, work benefits, and work and life balance are not really good at this company. However, if you are looking for a really good training most especially if you are a new graduate teacher this is the best training ground most especially if you will be handled closely by the Principal. You will surely learn work ethics, dealing with workmates, and handle stress in a hard way. Everything I know is because of the Principal here. I am really proud to be trained by her.
The challengesPeople (if not all, many), the system (HR), workloads/demand, stressful people.

I was given a free hand on many things. All I need to do is prove to them my worth.
The good thingsIf they hire you, they definitely trust you.
The challengesThe company has a very good reputation. They just have to make the new generations know. They need to improve more on their marketing strategy.

The good thingsWhat I really enjoyed in my stay at PWU was the company of my co-officemate and my great superior, Mr. Karim Bangcola. He is very hands on boss and never fail to encourage his subordinates...Always ready to share knowledge and train people as well as very charming to the people under his units and even to other units.
The challengesThe challenging part during my stay was when my boss resigned and left us in our one year project. During that time everybody in the management were all eyes on us ( Marketing Team) that is why it became very hard for us to go on with our work but what good about it was we finished what we had started and we are proud to say that we succeeded.

The good thingsclose interpersonal relation with the employees, can talk directly (by email) to the president, friendly environment, minimal stress, average workload,
The challengesits been difficult to adjust to the new administrator in my last few months in the company, was not given enough teaching load so it meant less income
