    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at St. Jude College appreciate the great people they work with and the good experience with the HR Department despite its small size. The college also offers incentives such as scholarship programs and tuition fee discounts. However, there are some potential challenges, including an element of daily stress in the work environment, a perceived lack of employee relations, frequent management turnover leading to internal politics, unreliable network signals, and some employees feeling that management does not sufficiently listen to long-serving staff opinions and suggestions.

    Mis-managed Company
The good thingsEmployer usually give a higher commend to the people they already know in the company they give incentives like giving you a scholarship program atleast a 50% off on miscellaneous and tuition fee.
The challengesIt is difficult to deal with an employer who don't really listen to there people who stays with them for decade. It was hard because mis-managing a company will result to the stakeholders to look for another job that will fit them and that will listen to their opinion and sugestions.
