PPTI has the biggest vacuum furnace capacity in the Philippines (500mm width x 350mm height x 900mm length capacity). PPTI acquired its furnace from NAKANIHON-RO Kogyo Co., Ltd. It has rapid cooling system with 2.8 bars cooling gas circulated at high speed. Heaters are spread around the furnace interior for uniform temperature and distortion is kept to a minimum by inverter controlled re-circulating fans and a pressure regulating system that ensures the optimal heat treatment according to application.PPTI supplies most of the crimping dies in Japan and Southeast Asia. Our customers here and abroad are satisfied with the high quality crimping dies at a minimal cost. Our crimping dies are made of high quality materials from Hitachi Metals, undergone vacuum heat treatment and rigid inspection from our well-trained inspectors
