    The challengesSince it is a start-up company, there are processes in place that can still be improved. Nevertheless, being able to help grow the company is such a fulfilling thing for a starter like me.

    The good thingsThe weekly company meeting is good. It is also easy to communicate with the team so no problem in terms of socializing with them or even asking about a task you don't know how to do.
