    The best years of my career have been with Peak Outsourcing.
    The good thingsThe company culture is exceptional. These have been the best years of my career in the BPO industry. The support team on the 12th floor is amazing, it's inspiring to see so many homegrown talents. I especially love how the company actively supports fast career growth and development.
    The challengesPerformance incentives could be better, especially for roles that require cross-skilling. You can offer better. It would also be amazing to have a work-from-home or hybrid setup. It would honestly be a total game changer. There are lots of healthcare companies who offers WFH, while staying compliant with HIPAA.
