    The best years of my career have been with Peak Outsourcing.
    The good thingsThe company culture is exceptional. These have been the best years of my career in the BPO industry. The support team on the 12th floor is amazing, it's inspiring to see so many homegrown talents. I especially love how the company actively supports fast career growth and development.
    The challengesPerformance incentives could be better, especially for roles that require cross-skilling. You can offer better. It would also be amazing to have a work-from-home or hybrid setup. It would honestly be a total game changer. There are lots of healthcare companies who offers WFH, while staying compliant with HIPAA.

    Terrible and not worth the effort

    The good thingsThis company nurtures employees by providing trainings that can help them build up for the next level positions. They prioritize promotions instead of hiring externally and that's definitely a plus!
    The challengesNothing, really. All workplaces have stressful times, but stress here is manageable. Workmates are fun to be with. There are engagement programs every month!

    The good thingsEmployees are not relying on basic pay rather than bonuses since company’s perks/bonuses are much higher than the basic salary.

    Slow processing, waste of time
    The good thingsNo good things experienced in this company.
    The challengesSlow processing of applicants. Start of interview was in November and they give updates every 2 weeks. The last email I have received was telling me to wait for the training date which they keep postponing for some reason. It has been almost 2 months and still no updates from them. This company has wasted my time!

    This company will give you a ton of time to wait for them for updates after passing the initial interviews, only to let you down failing the follow up interview without them telling you where you failed.
    The good thingsThe good thing is that, I never had a chance to add more stress to stay/work in your company!
    The challengesThis company is very picky in selecting their employees, even the position is the lowest, they don't see potential people with good motivation a chance to work for them.

    The good thingsI am always an advocate of open communication at the workplace, and if you are too, then PEAK is perfect for you. I like that there are no walls and boundaries at all levels of position in the company. Everyone is empowered to be a team player and be the best you can be. The company is also able to foster good values and principles that makes life easier at work.
    The challengesNothing much to be honest, but I would love to see more of a lively and colorful vibe office design.

    Had a good run with this comapy for almost 3 years. Very nice.
    The good thingsGood working environment. Takes care of their employees really well. You'll get half of your 13th month at mid year. The owners are really kind and down to earth.
    The challengesQuite a walk from Ayala to Citi Center. :) Love the old building at Salamin more than Citi. (subjective)

    Flexible and accommodating
    The good thingsPPOC was a great company for me to work for as a content writer. They had the happiness of the employee in mind, and went as far as they could to accommodate my needs. The owners are Americans that have found their niche in the Philippines, and they are fun and personable people.
    The challengesPPOC is a young company, so there are still a few kinks to work out of the system. However, this will all come in time, and you would be lucky to be able to grow with them.
