    Worst Management Ever!
    The good thingsAverage salary. Good place to work for beginners.
    The challenges1. Poor and inconsistent management! 2. No assurance of working here even if you're a regular employee already, the management might just fire you all of a sudden. 2. Decisions and updates are abrupt. 3. No constant benefits. - I mean some benefits might be removed even if you signed a contract. 5. POLITICS. 6. No trainings. Poor leadership. 7. No teamwork. No KPI. I love my job and I enjoyed working with the team but not recommend to a friend Unless the management will have the heart to care to its employees.
