    Working here was okay. Not recommended if you want growth and career development. Recommended for those who want to do repetitive tasks and is okay to be in the same position/role for years.
    The good thingsEnvironment- good working environment. People are okay to work with. Performance-based bonus. OOCL has been generous in the past years.
    The challengesQuotas are significantly high, people tend to hoard the tasks and not give others a chance to work to show off and reach the quota. Better if tasks are divided among everyone so nobody will be left out. And everyone can work on their own at the same time. Pressure - this can especially be felt if you are a team lead. Shifting/rotating schedule- it destroyed my body clock. No night differential. Salary is just average. Taking leave is a challenge. Depends on your lead. No career growth. No holidays. No work-life balance. OT. OT. OT.
