What’s it like working at Ogilvy?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Ogilvy appreciate the fun and flexible work environment, with the ability to work from anywhere and access to amenities like showers and a company nurse. They also highlight the talented and courteous colleagues who motivate and support one another, as well as the good HMO benefits and opportunities for out-of-country trips.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as work-life balance issues due to long hours and high client demands. Some reviewers note that pay could be improved, with no paid overtime despite the long hours. Opportunities for career growth are perceived as slow by some employees, and there can be a demanding workload involving juggling multiple accounts and clients.

One of the best in the country
The good thingsAmazing location and office. Great working environment. Especially helpful that there's a company nurse and showers for when you need to rest and rejuvenate. Pretty flexible about hours and where you work. Not as much politics as in other ad agencies, everyone is nice and very straightforward.
The challengesOpportunities for growth are slow. Sometimes you are pushed beyond your job description but I feel there could be better ways to incentivize good work.
