One of the best in the country
The good thingsAmazing location and office. Great working environment. Especially helpful that there's a company nurse and showers for when you need to rest and rejuvenate. Pretty flexible about hours and where you work. Not as much politics as in other ad agencies, everyone is nice and very straightforward.
The challengesOpportunities for growth are slow. Sometimes you are pushed beyond your job description but I feel there could be better ways to incentivize good work.

The good thingsIt's fund to work here. Management is very supportive and understanding. It's fun to work here because the environment is very flexible.
The challengesLike any advertising agency, working here is very stressful. this is due to the fast paced environment of an ad agency.
