    Convenient, safe, fun workplace --- enumerate the PROs of having WFH and that's pretty much it.
    The good things1. Flexible due to its WFH set up, really thankful for it, sometimes there are required office day but shuttle is provided even then 2. Pay is good, benefits are good. 3. There are free trainings, seminars and wellness talks conducted. 4. Work load [for my role and department] is just enough. Not too overloaded
    The challengesFor the work itself, as the workload is just enough, its not really stressful to work. Colleagues are fun and approachable. There's no 'challenge' in a good way
