    One of the greatest companies to work with in the country.
    The good things-The working experience is outstanding. Support is given remotely. -Work from home set-up during pandemic. (until further notice) -Laptop, Monitor, headset is provided. -Efficient recruitment process.
    The challengesThe product support is challenging you have to have enough experience in tech support and in call center to be able to easily understand the product.

    The good thingsThe Security team here is good but needs a lot of maturity. Management within the team is supportive of your efforts and listens to your suggestions and pains. You can work from home and there is freedom on what you want to achieve as long as it aligns with management. Family oriented approach.
    The challengesUpper management is adamant in supporting the security efforts and wanted no disruption to business processes. Security is left behind unless the inevitable hits the fan. Other teams are hard to work with due to politics and the Director also left so the management is in limbo. Pay is low There is no retirement benefit Training is not priority Hard to get what you need due to budget and priorities
