Mediocre. I was trying to help, but due to politics, instead of doing the actual work, I need to manage people, as they will not follow or believe in you once they recognize that you do not belong to their alliance. For certain, they will talk about you behind your back, saying negative things.
The good thingsThe technical staff and some operations personnel are good people. They also know the dynamics of the company, so if you want to be a manager they can give you advice.
The challengesManagement or people in top positions often don't have any concern or genuinely care about the people, especially those who are performing exceptionally well. Politics here are so rampant, especially when an Executive Assistant becomes an HR Director. I heard she's already fired, and the whole team is under her.

Legit work-life balance but they always layoff their employees. No job security. No stable client. Poor Management. In regards with their benefits, it is all good.
