Mediocre. I was trying to help, but due to politics, instead of doing the actual work, I need to manage people, as they will not follow or believe in you once they recognize that you do not belong to their alliance. For certain, they will talk about you behind your back, saying negative things.
The good thingsThe technical staff and some operations personnel are good people. They also know the dynamics of the company, so if you want to be a manager they can give you advice.
The challengesManagement or people in top positions often don't have any concern or genuinely care about the people, especially those who are performing exceptionally well. Politics here are so rampant, especially when an Executive Assistant becomes an HR Director. I heard she's already fired, and the whole team is under her.

Legit work-life balance but they always layoff their employees. No job security. No stable client. Poor Management. In regards with their benefits, it is all good.

Great Environment and the environment is great
The good thingsThe company is relatively new so there's a lot of things to improve on and this is great. They keep improving the management and systems in place. The company could improve on providing the right device/machine to be used by its employees. A developer like me would need a fast PC to deliver the tasks right and on time. A computer lagging in performance would hamper that. I was told that this is being reviewed by the management.
The challengesThe morning stair, very tiring

    My favorite workplace so far.
The good thingsThe MVP's culture is one of a kind, it is a great place to work with because the workplace was liberal. The management and the CEO was so cool. You can even eat in your own workstation (and I think you can only experience it in MVP, lol!)
The challengesThe yearly salary increase, but I think they are trying and working on it, to improve it.

Work life balance - Better Management - HMO provided
The good thingsWork life balance, Supportive Admins HMO day 3 MVP is very considerate to their employees especially this time of Pandemic. They sent us home to our families for our safety together with the tools that we will be needing to have the capability to wfh
The challengesOf course, no Company perfect, and co workers aren't as well. Although MVP has a good Management, there are still some people who are not good in leading or being in their position. Or perhaps, it's the other way around.

The good thingsMVP is definitely not your stereo typical BPO. It has created a support system culture across various teams. The management is truly commendable during the pandemic - Very Proactive, Fast and has implemented resolutions needed at the right time. Proud to say that this company values employee safety and welfare. The team know how to balance both the clients and employees needs and wants. Above all, recognizes feedback reacts with action plans and shares its achievements with its employees. Even before the pandemic - this company has already valued cleanliness and has given its employees a great working space!
The challengesSo far - No challenges encountered. It has given us the liberty to serve our clients in the safety of our homes and it has given us all the support an employee need all through out this pandemic. (HR was in full support with the loans it can offer through SSS, Pag-ibig and Security Bank Salary Loan) CEO, Gen Man and the rest of the Management Side has been very Proactive and responsive!

Growing BPO company to look out for
The good thingsBeen here for more than 2 years now and I can say that my over all experience with this company has set the standards high. I've seen how it became better and experienced how better the management is now than before. Work life balance is indeed what they offer. They also have exciting events and I always look forward for Beer Fridays! You will really see how dedicated the management is to the employees. Do not forget the canteen inside the office and free coffee everyday!
The challengesBeing left out from the shuttle because of long lines going out.

Awesome company with great culture and professional environment!
The good thingsGreat culture of professionalism and fairness from the management team that puts the employees front and center. There are no star-players here, however, everyone is given the MVP experience and the opportunity to be the version of himself/herself.
The challengesAs with any company, the challenge always lies ahead. We meet this head-on, therefore a lot of planning and staying ahead of the curve is required.

    Guaranteed work-life balance
The good thingsWork-life balance is guaranteed. A productive and fun workplace with chill-out zone and ping pong table. The employees and internal staff are friendly and approachable. IT staff are very reliable and give excellent customer service. Salaries are always on time. Better but still has more room to grow!
The challengesBenefits (e.g. number of leaves, etc.) and company events (e.g. summer outing, team building, etc.) can still be improved.

    Most Valuable Company
The good things- Every staff of MVP exhibits the true meaning of being a "Most Valuable Player". - I felt really welcomed even if I was just an applicant at that time because the Recruitment team never failed to provide updates on my application status. - Never got to worry about any of my computer queries or issues, kudos to MVP IT Team!
The challenges- As an employee, I have no basis on the Rules and Regulation of the company. Like for example, a handbook or intranet where I can determine if I am not violating any rules of MVP

    Fortunate to work here
The good thingsIt has an amazing culture, great pay and gives you the opportunity to work for your convenience specially at times of crisis. MVP has a new management now who tries they're best to put process in everything and they already make sure that each employees are being noticed and acknowledged. What I also love is the "Beer Friday's" where you get appreciated for a job well done
The challengesLacking communication in between employees and HR management causing confusion sometimes
