The good thingshe store team is making every effort to deliver an improved level of service despite these challenges.
The challengesMuji Café is currently facing significant operational challenges. As the café is not a core priority for the company, this has created ongoing difficulties in day-to-day operations. Essential supplies are not consistently provided by head office, including pitchers, tampers, and critical cleaning materials such as Cafiza and sanitizing agents. As a result, the café is unable to fully comply with proper quality assurance and food safety standards.
Despite these constraints, the store leadership continues to make strong efforts to maintain operations. However, limited support from head office has placed additional strain on the team. In addition to that, the trainers from the head office assigned to the coffee counter lack formal barista certification, which affects the quality and effectiveness of staff training.

The good thingsYou can experience a lot not only in apparel but also in the other item that they sell in the store like the bed sheet they are so many items in that store and you can learn a lot.
The challengesYou need to be focus on item you sell you need to discuss properly that in front of your co employee and that's challenge me every morning.
