I worked with the company for four years and maintained good relationships with my colleagues. However, I experienced what felt like managerial bias that led to my removal from the account without a thorough and impartial HR review. This was especially discouraging as I was one of the top performers at the time. It was frustrating to see performance overlooked due to internal dynamics rather than objective evaluation.
