Experienced managerial bias, minimal raises, and unfair removal despite strong performance.
The good thingsThe incentive on the account and co-workers.
The challengesI experienced instances where management appeared to exercise authority in an unreasonable or excessive manner. Additionally, despite working with the company for several years, salary increases were minimal—often limited to only ₱1,000—which felt disproportionate to the level of contribution and performance delivered. I worked with the company for four years and maintained good relationships with my colleagues. However, I experienced what felt like managerial bias that led to my removal from the account without a thorough and impartial HR review. This was especially discouraging as I was one of the top performers at the time. It was frustrating to see performance overlooked due to internal dynamics rather than objective evaluation.

The worst company with no urgency, no accountability—just gaslighting and fake empathy mastered.
The good thingsThe only good thing here is that I was assigned to a team leader who understands situations, shows compassion, and knows how to get along with people. That is the one thing I am thankful for—having the right team lead under the wrong management.
The challengesAs someone who is immunocompromised, with complete documentation, at first, they make you feel the environment is great, pushing you to perform well. In time, you see their true colors—they are not pro-employee but pro-client and pro-business. If you get sick and are advised to transfer (e.g., voice to non-voice or night to day shift), do not expect action. They will give you false hope until you run out of budget, then return you to the same account by their choice. Even if you show their Jobstreet posting to your OM, SOM, or Director, they will do nothing but give contradicting statements until you get tired and resign. HR is the same—no clear answers or expectations, just surprises. Complain, and you will be made to look like the problem. In short, the BPO rumors are true—this really is the worst company. Stay away here. Protect your mental health.

    Worst company ever!!!!
The good thingsNone! As in you would not want to work here.
The challengesManagement is power tripping. You won't get your breaks or lunch on time because of call volumes. RTA does not have knowledge as well. Got my final pay after more than a month. They will not give you updates on why it takes sooooo long to get your hard earned money. They will term you without any warning, without even NTE.

The challengesManagers that doesn't know how to handle professional and high performing employees.

Salary package isn't true. Your salary is just the basic pay. High risks of floating after 3 mos. HMO doesn't include dependents in a year. High Standard when it comes to performance but your salary is newbie in a local account. DON'T BE FOOLED!
The good thingsRemember the importance of a career that brings joy and fulfillment.
    The challengesTransportation. Not well compensated.
