The worst company with no urgency, no accountability—just gaslighting and fake empathy mastered. The good thingsThe only good thing here is that I was assigned to a team leader who understands situations, shows compassion, and knows how to get along with people. That is the one thing I am thankful for—having the right team lead under the wrong management.
The challengesAs someone who is immunocompromised, with complete documentation, at first, they make you feel the environment is great, pushing you to perform well. In time, you see their true colors—they are not pro-employee but pro-client and pro-business. If you get sick and are advised to transfer (e.g., voice to non-voice or night to day shift), do not expect action. They will give you false hope until you run out of budget, then return you to the same account by their choice. Even if you show their Jobstreet posting to your OM, SOM, or Director, they will do nothing but give contradicting statements until you get tired and resign. HR is the same—no clear answers or expectations, just surprises. Complain, and you will be made to look like the problem. In short, the BPO rumors are true—this really is the worst company. Stay away here. Protect your mental health.
