The challengesI experienced instances where management appeared to exercise authority in an unreasonable or excessive manner. Additionally, despite working with the company for several years, salary increases were minimal—often limited to only ₱1,000—which felt disproportionate to the level of contribution and performance delivered.
I worked with the company for four years and maintained good relationships with my colleagues. However, I experienced what felt like managerial bias that led to my removal from the account without a thorough and impartial HR review.
