What’s it like working at Montessori De Manila, Inc.?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Montessori De Manila, Inc. value the professional management and good communication between staff and officers, with conflicts handled fairly and respectfully. The school demonstrates strong support for employee wellbeing, particularly evident during the pandemic through flexible working arrangements, health checks, and maintained job security. Salaries and benefits are provided on time and are described as generous, with performance appraisals linked to salary adjustments. Additionally, the school offers excellent professional development opportunities, including ample teaching experiences and varied Montessori training for teachers at all career stages.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. The workload increased during the pandemic due to work-from-home arrangements and related adjustments, though the school continues to prioritise work-family balance. Additionally, whilst Masters studies scholarship grants are available, teachers receiving them may experience a heavier teaching load, and some employees feel that overall compensation could be more competitive.
