    I enjoyed working here because they accepted me, shaped my character, and supported me well.
    The good thingsThe school’s management provides quality education, student support, and a positive learning environment. They also handle conflicts professionally through fair communication, understanding, and respectful solutions.
    The challengesSo far, there have been no issues, and the school provides very generous benefits while managing everything clearly and professionally.

    The good thingsDuring this pandemic, management showed concern for the well being of its employees through flexible working arrangements, constant health reminders and checks and ensuring that no jobs were laid off. salaries and benefits were also provided on time.
    The challengesworking load increased a little because of work from home and other pandemic related adjustments but understandable and still values work-family relationship

    A good training ground for new teachers.
    The good thingsProvide ample teaching experiences and varied Montessori training as well as equip newly graduated teachers to become efficient and effective classroom directors.
    The challengesProvide Masters studies scholarship grant but will give you a lot of teaching load. Compensation is not that great.
