The good thingsHomey (not that strict). Good working environment especially for fresh graduates. No dividers, can easily interact with others. Can experience different job roles due to department collaboration. Fridge, microwave, filtered water and other utensils available for use and near in malls and food chains.
The challengesAt my time there, they lack of workforce and some needed to fill-in and help others with their responsibilities. A family-based company not much of benefits and perks.
